Yes. Every lesson, the AI tutor, and the practice portfolio are free. There are no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases.
Your child enters their age, and we ask for a parent or guardian’s email address. We send that parent an email explaining exactly what is collected and why — no account is created until the parent approves it. Parents can review or delete their child’s data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing investo.team@bruxelacademy.com.
No. The portfolio uses $10,000 of fictional practice money with real market prices. No real money is ever involved, and there is nothing to deposit or withdraw.
Learners under 13 are always anonymous on the public leaderboard. We collect a child’s name to personalize the app, but we never display it to other users.
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link from Firebase Authentication. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes. If you continue to have trouble, email us at investo.team@bruxelacademy.com.
Make sure you have an active internet connection when completing lessons. Progress is saved to the cloud automatically. If you notice missing XP, try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, email us with your account email and a description of the issue.
